This Shipping Policy describes how and when your order will ship from This Bro Co., a brand owned and operated by Richie Broom LLC, headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods such as product drops, holidays, or promotional sales, order processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    Standard shipping times vary by region and range from 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Options such as 2-day or overnight shipping are available at checkout for an additional charge.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates will vary based on destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping promotions. Eligibility for free shipping is based on the order subtotal before taxes and after discounts (if any). Offers will be clearly stated on the site or product page when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please reach out to contact@thisbro.co within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen items once marked delivered.
